1. The Service

Maverick is a managed, done-for-you sales prospecting service for commercial roofing contractors. On your behalf, Maverick identifies commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings whose roofs may need repair or replacement; scores roof condition using aerial and satellite imagery, permit history, and storm data; identifies the likely decision-maker responsible for each building (owner, property manager, or facilities lead) using public records and licensed data sources; and creates and sends branded outreach so that interested prospects reach you directly.

Maverick is a managed service: we operate the discovery, qualification, and outreach systems, and you respond to the opportunities we deliver. The specific deliverables, territory, and any exclusivity for your account are set out in your order or onboarding agreement (your “Order”).

2. Subscription & Billing

Maverick operates on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are offered on an annual term, billed in advance, or — where stated in your Order — on a quarterly term, billed in advance each quarter. Your subscription begins on your signup date and renews automatically at the end of each term (annual or quarterly) unless cancelled as described below. Exclusive-territory coverage requires an annual term; quarterly subscriptions are non-exclusive unless your Order states otherwise.

Pricing is territory-based; your territory, rate, term length, and billing schedule are stated in your Order. We may change pricing for future renewal terms with at least thirty (30) days' notice before your renewal date.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be received by sending an email to jonathan@maverick-ai.co before your renewal date to avoid charges for the upcoming term. Cancellations submitted after a renewal payment has been processed will take effect at the end of the current term. Maverick AI reserves the right to collect / attempt to auto-charge any overdue or unpaid invoices prior to cancellation.

4. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel after a payment has been processed, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current term (annual or quarterly). No partial-term refunds or credits will be issued.

5. No Guarantee of Business Results

Lead volume and quality vary by territory, season, building stock, and market conditions. Except for any commitment expressly stated in your Order, Maverick does not guarantee any particular number of leads, meetings, jobs, or revenue. Estimated job values shown in the product are informational estimates only and are not quotes, appraisals, or guarantees of project value.

6. AI-Generated Insights & Data Accuracy

The Service relies on artificial intelligence and on data compiled from public records (such as county parcel and assessor records, building permits, and business registries), licensed third-party data providers, aerial and satellite imagery, and publicly available sources. Roof condition scores, roof age estimates, ownership and decision-maker identifications, contact details, and similar outputs are probabilistic: they are our best automated assessment, not a verified fact.

• Insights are provided for lead prioritization and outreach only. Independently verify property, ownership, and contact information before relying on it for bids, contracts, site visits, or other business decisions.
• Imagery and public records may be outdated or incomplete, and third-party data may contain errors we cannot control.
• Nothing in the Service constitutes engineering, inspection, legal, or professional advice about any building or roof.

7. Outreach Sent on Your Behalf

You authorize Maverick to create and send outreach (including email and direct mail) in your company's name and branding, and to manage replies routing to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide during onboarding and for any outreach content you review or approve. Maverick maintains suppression lists and honors recipient opt-out requests in the outreach it sends.

Each party agrees to comply with laws applicable to its own conduct, including CAN-SPAM and state marketing laws. If the Service provides you with contact information (including phone numbers) and you choose to place calls or send text messages yourself, you are solely responsible for complying with telemarketing laws applicable to those communications, including the TCPA and do-not-call requirements.

8. Your Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

• Provide accurate company information and keep it current, and confirm you are authorized to bind your company to these terms.
• Respond to delivered leads professionally; the reputation of outreach sent in your name depends on it.
• Use property, ownership, and contact data solely for your own roofing business. Do not resell, redistribute, scrape, or use the data to build a competing database or service.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, or harassing purpose.

We may suspend or terminate the Service for non-payment or material violation of these terms.

9. Intellectual Property & Feedback

Maverick and its licensors own the Service, including its software, models, scoring systems, and datasets. You own your company's name, branding, and business information. You grant us a license to use your branding solely to perform the Service. You also grant us a perpetual right to use feedback you provide and de-identified, aggregated service data (for example, lead outcomes) to improve our products, models, and datasets.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maverick disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the Service or its data will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Maverick's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to Maverick in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify Maverick against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Service or of data delivered to you, including communications you send yourself.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by contacting one another.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email and apply from your next renewal.

14. Acceptance

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. You confirm that you are authorized to make this purchase and understand the subscription structure, term, and cancellation policy.
